Returns

• All of our products are made-to-order with care. This personalized process means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double check the description of each item before purchasing including size, colour and style. 

Manufacturing Errors

• In the unlikely event you recieve a size or color that is different from your confirmed order, or your product is damaged during shipping, we have an easy process to make it right.  Your order confirmation email includes a link for this process if needed.
