All of our products are made-to-order with care.
- Please use the size charts provided with each clothing item to ensure you order a size that works for you.
- Please double check the description of each item in your order before purchasing.
In the unlikely event you receive a size or color that is different from your confirmed order, or your product is damaged during shipping, we offer an easy 1-2-3 step process to help ensure you receive what you ordered.
Customers will receive an Order Confirmation Email that includes:
- Tracking number
- Direct link to report issues.
Please follow the link and instructions which include uploading a photo(s) of the incorrect or damaged item(s).
There is no charge for reprinting or re-shipping when an order is incorrect.
